The Halo Heat surrounds food with even, radiant heat. No hot elements, fans or added humidity. Your meals stay crisp and succulent, without fear of overcooking, protein shrinkage or drying out.

The cabinet has a simple ON/OFF switch and up and down arrow buttons with a temperature range of 16 degrees to 93 degrees C.

These portable commercial food warmers come with an antimicrobial door handle and swivel casters with a brake for easy maneuverability. There’s no need for water pans, external vents or hoods.
