Carve succulent, juicy meat easily with this Alto Shaam carving station. Halo Heat surrounds food from the bottom with even, radiant heat from the carving shelf. No hot elements, fans or added humidity. Your meat stays succulent, without fear of overcooking, protein shrinkage or drying out. The carving station shelf is removable for easy cleaning. Simply choose low, medium or high heat.

The two overhead lamps have an on/off switch and heat gently from above without drying out the meat.

The carving station sneeze guard is made of clear glass and can be easily removed for cleaning.
