The Joni 100L EasyMix kettle is ideal for cooking large meals.
This efficient kettle heats to one bar of atmospheric pressure, which is 120 degrees C. The EasyMix kettle heats to the temperature of the food required, improving efficiency and food safety. Heating is variable using a simple electromechanical dial, so you can change the temperature while cooking.
The seven speed stirrer reduces the need to open the lid. So heat and steam are trapped inside the EasyMix kettle, saving you energy. The scraper stops food sticking and burning on the sides of the kettle and can be adjusted to the speed you need.
The cold water tap fills the kettle without risking stress or strain on staff. The safe, gas spring, stainless steel lid resists heating and is also ergonomic. Cleaning is easy with the hand shower hose.
The ergonomic electric tilt function empties the kettle quickly, easily and safely.
