This efficient kettle heats to one bar of atmospheric pressure, which is 120 degrees C. The kettle heats to the temperature of the food required, improving efficiency and food safety. Heating is variable using a simple electromechanical dial, so you can change the temperature while cooking.
The cold water tap fills the kettle without risking stress or strain on staff. The safe, gas spring, stainless steel lid resists heating and is also ergonomic. Cleaning is easy with the hand shower hose.
The ergonomic electric tilt function empties the kettle quickly, easily and safely.
