The dedicated ice cream cycle can run non stop at -45 degrees C, quickly freezing ice cream and gelato.
The unit uses hot gas defrost, which saves you energy. The user-friendly soft touch control panel can be used confidently by any staff member. The accurate core probe automatically controls the length of the blast chilling cycle.
